Obituary of CARLIN HALLIDAY
DENNIS CARLIN HALLIDAY
November 13, 1993 - June 18, 2024
It is with profound sadness and heartbreak we announce the sudden passing of Dennis "Carlin" Halliday.
Carlin was predeceased by his mother Geraldine Roshick, granny Jane Roshick (nee Stephenson), grandparents Dennis and Maureen Halliday.
He will be deeply missed by his sister Avery Chorney, father Dennis J. Halliday, aunty Wendy, cousins Aimee, Calvin, Ellisse Arnason, great uncle Patrick, aunty Christine and uncle Jeremy.
Carlin had a heart of gold, he was brave, strong, and he protected his family and friends. He had a way of being funny without trying; always making us smile and laugh. He excelled in carpentry, enjoyed biking, the beach in Camp Morton was one of his favourite places. He loved animals and his cats Mirming and Mirmak. He treasured his family and friends.
Special thanks to those who walked with Carlin during his lengthy battle, it was not easy.
Dearest Carlin we are so grateful you were a part of our lives. Thank you for giving us our last times together ... the you we hadn't seen in so long.
As long as there is light
the darkness can never extinguish it.
- Carlin
