I am so very sorry for your loss. I am a friend of Carlin’s aunt Christine and I worked with his Mom, Geraldine for a few years. I remember going over to Geraldine’s apartment when Carlin was just about 6 months old. He was the most beautiful baby with big brown eyes and the sweetest smile. I had never seen Geraldine so happy and excited- she’d hold him up high and they’d both laugh. I remember how they’d still joke around together when he was a kid- I think she let him colour his hair once (I think with Koolaid) and I thought that was fun. I will always cherish those memories of both of them laughing. Avery- you are so strong and beautiful- I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. I hope you find comfort in the really good memories.
