Tata, thank you. Thank you for being my Dad. For being my children Gabbi, Maja & Gavin’s Deda. You worked so hard to provide us with a home & a good life. You instilled in us your value of work ethics & our beautiful Serbian heritage.
You loved us as best as you could & loved your grand children even more! I’m thankful that I am your ćerka.
As I held your hand while you took your last breath, my heart ached that you were gone. But I am relieved that you are no longer in pain.
You are now with your brothers & sisters, parents, nephews, my Baba, father-in-law Mickey & other loved ones who have all gone before you. They are welcoming you into heaven with open arms. What a reunion that will be! 
Please watch over us Tata, be our guardian angel. 
This is not a goodbye. May you rest in peace Tata, until we meet again.
