Olena was a wonderful lady whom I got to know through our UWAC. Our Rossburn Branch Olha Basarabova was very active and she would always call and ask how we were doing. Olena believed deeply in our Orthodox Faith and never lost that dedication as her health started to fail. She loved everything about our culture and was an inspiration to us all. She was so proud of her family which was very evident as we shared our experiences in life chatting on the phone. May she rest in peace, no longer in pain. We have lost a beautiful Lady, BUT GOD has another Angel to help HIM watch over us all. To an awesome, caring, super loving person we shall miss you Olena.
