Our thoughts for Gerry. He was here, he blessed us, now he is not coming back. We are his neighbours. It still feels like he is gone golfing for the day, or fishing, or out shopping for his next home project. I still look up to see if he is cooking something on the BBQ. Or out in the yard working on the grass. We shared many great memories. It has been over a month now, God has taken him and he is not coming back. All we can do for Gerry is take care of Marilyn and the kids the best we can, and of course cheer for the Jets.

I started knowing Gerry though my brother's hockey team that Gerry's son played on. Over the years, our families have had a strong friendship. Gerry, my dad "Roy" and I liked to go for coffee at St. Vital mall, and at times, we would meet up with Marilyn and my mom after their shopping. I never got a chance to go golfing with Gerry but I know he loved his golf.
I hope the Kehler family can find peace, and know that our family is here to help and support them.

I went to school with Gerald. He was always a super kind person. I last spoke with him in the hallway at the Altona hospital, as we were both visiting our fathers. It was a very nice visit with him. RIP my friend.

Attended Recruit Class #94 with Gerry. Split an apt and vacationed to Barbados. Policed downtown together. Lots of good police work, a few billiard games, and great memories. One of the ‘good guys’.
