I am grateful for the years of friendship that she and Montie shared, and especially her annual connection every year on October 26 on the anniversary of Montie’s first kidney transplant. I am also grateful that Carol was able to attend Montie’s celebration of life in January. She did well to keep us informed about the old friends from the early days of the NDP. Long time friends are a treasure.
