Avo Maria will truly be missed. She was a loving grandmother who made all of us grandchildren feel loved. I will miss her big smile, cute laugh, interesting stories from her childhood in Santa Maria, sweet loving stories of her marriage to our Grandfather, her delicious cooking and baking, trips to Boston, singing her Portuguese children's songs, gatherings in her basement for Christmas... endless memories that will be cherished forever. Rest in peace Avo.
