Dear Art and Family:
We wish to express our sincerest sympathy on the untimely passing of your dearest Betty. No words are able to comfort you and yours at this time, but we would like to remind you that time is a great healer and more than that, the memories that you made during your lifetime will be forever treasured, allowing you to retrieve them at any moment and forever.
Betty and I (Valerie nee Krawchuk) go back to our childhood. Betty's Auntie Nettie married by Great Uncle Steve Buchko (who of course are now both deceased). Through marriage Betty and I considered ourselves to be cousins! Betty was a lovely girl, a lovely lady, a lovely cousin and a lovely co-worker. How wonderful it was to have Betty join the Red River College family and in our last final years, Betty and I were blessed to work in the same office--both of us being Administrative Secretaries to two separate Department Deans. Upon my retirement in 2001 and relocating to the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Betty and I remained in contact via our emails. I will miss her lovely emails with her wonderful stories of the happiness she received from her darling grand daughters and her beautiful daughter MeLanie. My love and caring goes out to you girls; be assured that she will remain in your hearts forever.
In closing; Though words bring little comfort in the loss of one so dear, may it help a little just to know that loving friends are with you. Let all that is beautiful remind you of the love that warmed your hearts, and may the knowledge that others love you and pray for you help ease the pain of your loss.
With Sympathy, Caring, Concern, Hope, Love and Understanding,
Valerie and Tony Kent
