From the Ratynski family: Deepest Sympathies. I always enjoyed the chance to talk with your Mother when operating the manual elevator at the Cathedral. And previously with your Father...he usually had a joke to share. Memory Eternal.

Jarrett and I offer our sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. Our parents were lifelong friends and as a little girl, I remember my father taking me to visit Uncle Serge studying law under a hanging lightbulb on Atlantic Ave. I also remember vividly attending your parent's wedding and seeing your mother high atop the stairs of the Cathedral in her beautiful wedding gown and veil. We enjoyed annual visits to our cottage in Kenora where your mother would insist on cooking the steak dinners her way. She was a force to be reckoned with but we loved them. I also remember babysitting you two. May the memories you share aid in sustaining you during the grieving process. I drive by Salvia Bay which will always be the Radchuk home.God bless you all.

Dear Julie and Natalie,
I did not know Leona had passed when we briefly saw you on Tues. at another funeral. I tried looking for you after I found out but was unsuccessful. Either you had left already or I couldn’t see you in the crowd. We all send our deepest condolences to you and yours. We have many memories of our parents “bbq gang”. I last saw your mom a few years ago in passing at my aunt’s. My Aunty Vicky hosted a lunch with your mom, Darcia and my mom. I think that was the last they all saw of each other and the last I saw your mom. May she rest in peace. You are all in our thoughts. Take care.

Julie and Natalie and Family,
My deepest condolences on the passing of your dear Mama/Baba. I have fond memories of Leona from our involvement with Alpha Omega Alumnae where she was highly respected original sorority member who was especially supportive of me when I served as president of the organization. May she rest in perpetual peace.
Love and sympathy,
