Obituary of LOUISE CHARLOTTE DYKSTRA
It is with great sorrow we announce, Bunny passed away on the afternoon of July 2, 2024, to now join her husband Siggy. She loved to laugh and more than that, loved to be surrounded by her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her caring, loving and selfless nature to others. She fought bravely against her cancer, with a warm smile and her family by her side. She will be greatly missed from her many family, friends and neighbors.
She is survived by her children Carrie (Percy), Darryl (Jen) and Jonathon (Michelle), her sisters Jeannie and Judy Ann (Rob), her little brother Bob (Katherine), her many grandchildren and great grandchildren Coree (Kaylean), Brooke (Katherine and Karsen), Aurora (Anita and Lincoln), Jessie, Tyler, and Kohnner, Jade, as well as many In-laws, nieces and nephews.
The family thanks the nurses, doctors and other staff members at Riverview for their attentive care for Bunny during her stay.
As per Bunny's wishes, her cremation has already taken place. To celebrate her life, we felt fitting to have her celebration of life on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, which would be Bunny and Siggy's 55th anniversary. Now Bunny and Siggy will be together Forever ❤️. This will start at 10:00 am at Green Acres, which later will be followed with the family BBQ.
She was an extraordinary woman and her smile will be deeply missed.
