Obituary of MARLENE NEILSON

Marlene Neilson November 28, 1947-April 11, 2013 ( nee Kappy) With heartfelt sadness, we regret to announce the sudden passing of Marlene at her home. Left to cherish her memory, is her beloved husband John, her loving mother Beatrice Kappy, her sister Janice Blanaru (Louis, children Aubray, Asher) sister Chris Kelly (Jim) brother Ron Kappy (Alison, children Cari (Rob) Brian (Erica) Darcy) and numerous family and friends. Marlene was predeceased by her father, William Kappy. She grew up in East Kildonan. Attended Miles Mac Collegiate. Marlene worked at Eatons, Ideal Filter and Supply and Howard Protection. She met and married John, shortly after High School and they have been happily married for 44years. She enjoyed traveling , going out for dinner and socializing with family and friends. Marlene was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association
