LOLITA TAN SUBA

It is with deep regret, we announce the death of Lolita Suba. She died peacefully in her sleep, at the Calvary Nursing Home on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the age of 87.

Lolita was survived by her children; Armando Suba, Mary Jane Sam (Alexander and Elizabeth), Thierry Alvarez (Jewellyn, Sarah, Anthony and Natalie). And numerous relatives in Toronto, US, China and the Philippines. 

Predeceased by her husband, Ignacio Suba.

Lolita worked at the Health Science Centre for over 35 years until her retirement. She was immensely hardworking, loving and supportive of family, friends and coworkers. Lolita was deeply admired and loved by her family, friends, colleagues and the community at the Calvary Nursing Home.

Private Family Viewing is on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 1:00 pm to be held at Cropo Funeral Home, 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.  

Interment will take place on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Assumption Cemetery & Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, 3990 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
