It is with profound sorrow we announce that tragically sudden passing of Ashley Danielle Lavallee on April 5th, 2024. Ashley, aged 33, leaves to mourn her dad Doug, and brothers Matt (Kirsten) and Josh and sister Cetina (Allan). Ashley is predeceased by her mother Patricia Lynn (Fontaine) Lavallee, and her big sister Michelle. Ashley will join 2 predeceased children, 1st daughter Nevaeh and a daughter she carried till passing. Ashley leaves to mourn 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
Ashley leaves to mourn the loving members of the Fontaine family, which include aunts and uncles, several cousins, which will all miss her, and feel tremendous loss.
Ashley leaves behind her dad Doug, who is totally heartbroken, and has many memories of Ashley’s younger days he referred to her as his shadow. Her youngest brother Joshua has memories of her being the leader of our sibling group J.A.M. and always being there for us when we needed her. Her little big brother Matthew has many memories of support and love as siblings while they were growing up together. Whether it was through laughter or tears, Ashley and Matthew shared a special bond that will always be cherished.
Ashley was born and raised in Winnipeg. She worked for many years at Balkan Foods in East Kildonan. She considered The Tasse’s (Owners) as her second family. Their family was there for Ashley many times in her life without prejudice, and feel loss like she was their own.
Ashley expressed immense excitement for her unborn child, as so much looked to being a parent and the journey of being a mother. Ashley’s natural motherly instincts and loving nature would have been a blessing for her daughter.
Ashley’s beautiful soul, humor, love, and kindness were qualities she showed to all that knew her.
Ashley, we know you are with your mom and family. Your passing is an overwhelming loss to all that knew you as a child, a teen and as an adult. There are no words to describe the feeling of loss we all feel. Your memory will be cherished. Everything your beautiful soul brought to the world will be missed by all that loved you.
Ashley will rest as she comes home, to be with the siblings, so they can again be together as J.A.M!
You will be forever missed, as you were always loved!
