Words will never describe Darryl. It's a feeling the love he gave so many. In his honor of his ceremony of Life, my words could never do him justice. How a joy of a person/man he was to so many. A stand up man, a family man. It's tragic.. a crime his loss for all of us. Worst day of my life and I know for so many others, to know how bad all our hearts are so broken. Never forget you Darryl... not a chance....not possible, you are part of us all, the lives you touched, enriched will always be cherished. The mold was broken, truly one of the greatest men, I had or will ever have the honor of knowing.
I keep myself busy with the things I do... But every time I pause I still think of you..... A true great friend, so missed forever...
My condolences to ALL his Family and friends. Love and miss you forever Darryl. Our King, may you rest in peace, till we meet again.

I hear the loud cheers over crowd my ears and laughter as I think of memories with you Darryl and your oldest son Brandon while hearing Go Bombers Go while country music floods the air aswell. You were always here for your son's close friends and many more. I hope you rest easy for only the the things I wish I could've said. But here to say now. Rest easy.

My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Darryl Renaud. I was one of Darryl's football coaches at Tec Voc High School and Darryl was a very passionate football player. Darryl was one of those players who left his best game on the field day in and day out. Again my condolences Bob Keating.

Dear Jodi, our family's deepest sympathy goes out to you and your sons and extended family at this horrible time.
Janet , Lauren and myself are unfortunately all too aware of what you are going through. Darryl recently sent such kind thoughts to us after the recent loss of our son Ryan. As you know, i knew and worked with Darryl for many years at MTS, and he was one of the good ones. Always happy to go for breakfast before starting the day (when it was still a thing we did that is). Myself and the guys at work(retired or not) who knew Darryl will miss him terribly.
Again, our heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family.

Are hearts are broken with the passing of our dear friend Darryl. I feel are life’s where blessed knowing a person like him and we will cherish all the times we spent with him.
His joy for life and of course football (Blue Bombers) will always be a memory that we cherish. His greatest joy was being around friends and family. Everyone he met was a friend to him. Our condolences to Jodi, Branden, Keith and all of his family. He was taken away to soon and he will forever be a part of our life’s. We love you and miss you Darryl.

Darryl was a childhood friend from Weston as well as a teammate on the 1983 Tec Voc Hornet football team. What an increfible football player Darryl was! I often ran into Darryl at Bomber games over the years. It was always a great conversation whether it was a quick 2 minute catch up or a 15 minute conversation. I was truly gutted to hear of his passing. I hope you are restng well my friend.

Darryl was an amazingly gregarious and outgoing person. I’ll always remember him most for his smile and the genuine affection he’d show every time we’d bump into each other at Bombers games and anything CFL related. We all grew up together in Weston, on through to Cecil and then Tec and I have wonderful childhood memories of those frozen football games on old Weston School’s field during recess and lunchtimes. It’s with enormous sadness that I offer my condolences to his family and closest friends. The world shines less brightly with his smile taken so early from us all. RIP Darryl.
