A fine man and a great mentor to all of the newly assigned Customs officers at the international mail branch. Jack not only shared his wealth of knowledge with us, but he did so with kindness, patience and gentleness. He really cared about his fellow officers and was a loyal and devoted officer who never complained and just went about doing his job very efficiently. It was an honour and pleasure knowing and working with Jack.
