I am very sorry to hear of Matthew's passing. He and Eleanore were wonderful neighbours and it was a pleasure to know them. Matthew was very kind and soft spoken. My sincere condolences to Eleanore and all Matthew's family and friends. Downing Street will not be the same. Sincerely Bonnie Burns
