Obituary of JESSIE RONALD DENNIS PODAIMA

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jessie Ronald Dennis Podaima of Winkler formerly of Winnipeg, on January 7, 2024 at the age of 36 years.

Jessie was born in Winnipeg Manitoba to Barbara Podaima and Glenn Podaima on November 19, 1987. Jessie attended and graduated from Garden City Collegiate. He held various jobs throughout his life but his favourite was working security.

Jessie moved to Winkler Manitoba, in August of 2022 where he met his wife, Jessica Neufeld. He had found home; the love of his life. Jessie had a heart of gold, he was protective, caring, and had an amazing sense of humor.

Jessie is survived by his wife, Jessica Neufeld, his father, Glenn Podaima (Katherine), sister, Kristen (Joe), brothers, Trevor (Kim), James (Kyrie), Quintan, stepsiblings, Stephanie (Max), Justin, three nieces, three nephews and a loving in-law family as well as grandmother, Helen, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.

Jessie was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Podaima; uncle, Mike and grandmother (Bubba), Dorothy.

A memorial service will be held in his honour at 1:00 pm on Monday January 15th, 2024, at Cropo Funeral Chapel; 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg Manitoba.

Jessie was dearly loved, his passing will leave a void in the hearts of many.
