We are thinking of you and wishing you comfort during this very difficult time. Your Dad was a very lovely man who shared his help, his time, his laughter and his love with everyone: ¬his children and family, his neighbors and his beloved community. It’s an outstanding recognition that your Dad was awarded Citizen of the Year for Selkirk.
MAGIC!! Your Dad and Guy created the most magical Christmas Santa experiences for many families including our own. Grandma Rosie’s house was the first stop of many on Christmas Eve, for John in his custom-made red Santa Claus suit and matching hat. Your brother Guy was trained as Elf #1, driving Santa to many more stops.
Sharing Christmas joy with the little ones created lasting memories for kids of all ages. John and Guy were very special people. They will be missed.
Guy loved Disney’s Magical Kingdom and travelled there often with his family and his friends. We wonder … did Guy’s Christmas gig as #1 Elf spark his lifelong fascination with magic and all things Disney?? Who knows?
