CHRISTOPHER HENDERSON

It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Christopher Henderson on September 26, 2023.  

Chris was born on January 25, 1967 in Belleville, Ontario. 

He was predeceased by his parents Cathy & Marty Henderson and brother Damon Henderson.  

Chris is lovingly remembered by his wife Stacey, children Serena, Holly and Serina, step children Kendra (Cody), Kayla (Dan) and Ashley (Justin), his three grandchildren Harlyn, Anistyn and Declan, his Uncle Peter and Aunt Pat Carter and his pets and grand pets Jakey, Finch, Diesel, Jaxon and Meadow.  

He moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1995, and met his wife Stacey in 2012. Chris was affectionately known by his grandchildren as Banta and he loved spoiling them, trying to get them interested in musical instruments and spending time with them. Anyone that knew Chris knows how much he loved to talk, his passion for music, the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs.

The family especially thanks the Winnipeg Paramedics and Firefighters and the staff at Saint Boniface Hospital.  

Chris did not want a funeral or service to be held. There will be a private family viewing.  

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Heart, Lung & Stroke Foundation.  

Chris was dearly loved and will truly missed by all.
