Obituary of MARCELLINE FLORENCE CHARNEY

Marcelline passed away peacefully on September 15, 2023 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 65 years.

She is survived by her loving husband Gene Shalai; daughter Natalie; grandchildren Johnny and Jemma; sister Helen; auntie Camille; uncle Franz; niece Pamela; nephews Brent and Corey; brother-in-law Jimm and sister-in-law Diane.

Marcelline was predeceased by her parents Louis Charney and Marcelline Lecuyer; foster father Alfred Maynard and uncle Joe.

The family thanks the Health Sciences ICU and Dialysis Ward and Joel Osten.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral  Chapel, 1442 Main Street with Rev. Scott MacAuley presiding. Interment to follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard.
