JOANNE JEAN CHARNEY

Joanne passed away peacefully on Saturday August 26,2023.

Joanne leaves to mourn her brother Frank of Vancouver, sister June of Winnipeg, Grandson Ryan (Melissa) of Victoria, great-grandsons Palmer and Jet, extended family, and friends. Joanne was predeceased by her husband Casmir, son Robin, daughters Penny and Tracy.

Among Joanne's greatest joys were her family, her fashion sense, her well landscaped yard and her love of dogs. Joanne was known to speak her mind but had a heart of gold and was generous to those closest to her. Prior to her long retirement Joanne worked at Eaton's.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joanne's name to the Winnipeg Humane Society. At Joanne's request there will be no funeral service.
