Family was important to her. She cherished every moment with her children and grandchildren.  She loved her outings to Bingo, casino trips, card games and the vacations to Vancouver, Nashville, Branson, Memphis, Texas, Las Vegas, Tuscon, Mexico, Hawaii and many short holidays within Canada.

Mom loved to dance.  She could be seen sticking her elbows out creating her own personal dance space.  She taught Ray how to polka which was not an easy task.

The family would like to Thank the staff at MiddleChurch Home for caring for mom in the past 2 years.  We appreciate all you did for her.  She loved joking around with all the staff.

Cremation has taken place.  In respecting Mom’s wishes there will be no funeral service.  A private graveside service will take place on July 31, 2023 at 12:30 pm. where Jean will be reunited with her husband Fred.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

You will be forever in our hearts!
