ROBERT GEORGE DENNIS

AKA BUBBA

February 20, 1960 - May 9, 2023

It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Robert George Dennis, at the age of 63 years.

He was predeceased by his mother Pauline.

Bob is lovingly remembered by his daughter Krista (Steve), Mike (brother of Krista), Corinne (mother of Krista) and Jennifer (sister of Krista); grandchildren Olivia, Samuel and Leah.  As well as extended family and numerous friends.

Bob was so proud of his grandchildren, and loved them deeply.

Bob grew up in Ontario and later moved to Winnipeg, where he spent the majority of his life.  He was a strong man that wore his heart on his sleeve.  He would do anything for anyone in need.  He had a struggle of a life but he always found ways to joke and make others smile.   He was well known as Bubba and that will always be who he was.

He loved the game of hockey and was persistent in always having a hockey stick close by.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.  Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery.
