JULIE ANTOINE

Obituary of JULIE ANTOINE

JULIE ANNA ANTOINE (nee Hargreaves) September 10, 1953 – February 2, 2013 When I come to the end of the road, And the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom filled room, Why cry for a soul set free. Miss me a little, but not too long, And not with your head bowed low, Remember the love that once we shared, Miss me but let me go. For this is a journey we all must make, And each must do it alone, It's all part of the Master's plan, A step on the road to home. So when you are lonely and sad at heart, Go to the friends we know, Bury your sorrows in doing your deeds, Miss me, but let me go. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is with great sadness and sorrow that the family announces the sudden and unexpected passing of our Mom, sister, aunt and friend, at 59 years young. Born in Winnipeg on September 10, 1953, to William and Anna Hargreaves, Julie will be re-united with her parents. Mom’s quirkiness and peculiarity is very much alive in the hearts and minds of her daughters Christine and Jennifer; and son Adam. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Patrick Morrow (Annette), John Hargreaves (Carol), and Michael Hargreaves (Rebecca). Also left behind are three nieces and several grandchildren. Mom’s time was filled with reading, sewing and the love of the mighty word -- crossword puzzles. She enjoyed the companionship of the feline friend; whether it was hers or others, those kitty-cats seemed to gravitate to her. Being the youngest to three brothers, Mom always found herself on the receiving end to their teasing and playful antics. Simply, Mom’s pleasure in life was her love of laughter……laughing so hard that we would get her to cry and pee herself. No service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully appreciated to D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Centre, Winnipeg, MB.
