Obituary of EDWARD ANDREW KOLE

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Edward Kole on December 13, 2022 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 89.

He is predeceased by his mother, Tekla Koscielny, his father Joseph Koscielny and his sister, Josephine Koscielny.

Edward is survived by his sister, Sophie Grieder, his nieces, Linda Beny, Karen Jones (James) and Darlene Jossy (Kevin) and his great nephews and great niece Jonathan, Ryan, Adam and Nicole. He is also survived by Sharon Kole.

Edward was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and also lived in Ohio and in Vancouver, BC, before he moved back to Winnipeg two years ago. He enjoyed travelling, golfing, and his cat, Morris.

Mass of Christian Burial is to take place on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Parish, 341 Selkirk Avenue, with rosary to begin at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery, 4387 Main Street.
