JOCELYN R. SCHMIDT

October 31, 1965 – October 27, 2022

Jocelyn R. Schmidt died suddenly on October 27, 2022 at home at the age of 56 years.

Jocelyn is survived by her husband Henry Cinq-Mars; son Dylan Johnson, ex-husband Shane Johnson; mother Vanita Schmidt and father Victor; her biological father Barr Kalinchuk; brother Andy, sister Susan; as well as two nieces and one nephew.

Jocelyn was born and raised in Winnipeg. She graduated from Westwood Collegiate and she worked for many years in the electronics industry. Jocelyn also had a great love and passion for animals, especially her three cats Betty Boop, Sweet Pea, and Ziggy.

Jocelyn has touched so many lives and she will be loved and missed dearly.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022.
