Obituary of ANGELINA PALUMBO

Following a short illness, Angelina, beloved wife of the late Pasquale Palumbo passed away peacefully at Selkirk & District General Hospital on January 31, 2022 at the age of 93 with her sons Mike and Mario at her side.

She leaves to mourn her passing sons Mike (Sheri) and Mario (Jackie) grandchildren Dion (Jun) and Bianca.

She is survived by her brother Giuseppe Gallo and family in Argentina and numerous nieces,  nephews and cousins in Canada and Italy.

Mom worked for Perfect Fit Glove Factory for 26 years. She loved to cook Sunday dinners for her family and talked about it all week.

Special thanks to all the staff at the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg and Selkirk Hospital for the wonderful care our mother received. Special thanks to Tony, Julie, Pino and Josie for all their love and support.

Condolences will be said on Tuesday, February 8 at 10:00 a.m. followed by the celebration of Funeral Liturgy at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Rosary Parish, 510 River Avenue.  Entombment will follow in Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave. W.

Proof of full vaccination will be required at both venues.
