My condolences and prayers to the Braga family and friends. Senhor José Braga was one of the most generous people I had the pleasure of knowing over the years. He was a man of faith and strong christian conviction. Not only was he always available to help others in the parish of Immaculate Conception, but also the Knights of Columbus and most if not all the feasts of the parish, especially the feast he loved so much, the Festas do Divino Espirito Santo. In my 16 years in Winnipeg, 11 of which as Parish Priest at Immaculate Conception Parish, I've always known Senhor José Braga as a man of great generosity and integrity but also a great teacher of the faith in his family. He is now with God being held in His loving embrace. Please be assured of my prayers in daily Mass. My love and support to the whole Braga family. Many, many blessings.
