Heartfelt empathy to all family especially his childreb and dear wife. Also his dear sisters Kowsil, Cynthy. Sammy of Trinidad and his brother Mullit of Florida ...and all of their family. I attended Quarry Village Presbyterian elementary school and I knew him as a stern, religious boy. When all of us were having fun playing cricket in our spare time; he was teaching Sunday School. That says a lot. Always kind and very helpful.
May his soul rest in peace.

My condolences to the Ramkisoon Family. Ralph was a people person and was always full of joy. After working with Ralph for over two years I learned we had a shared interest in Hockey and both of us had immigrated to Canada. We always talked about life back home and would have great chats about the Jets games . It was always a delight interacting with him and I'll miss that. One thing I'll never forget is how after work he would always sit by the window and wave to my husband and I as we drove by. You will be missed Ralph.
