Obituary of KENNETH EDWARD TREMBLAY
Kenneth Edward Tremblay
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ken at the Riverview Health Centre on November 9, 2021.
He leaves to mourn, his wife, Kathleen, his sons Kevin (Holly) and Keith (Mikaela), and his grandchildren, Jordan and Cory. He will also be missed by his siblings, Brian (Laura), Laurane (Laurie), Jim (Susan), and Diane (Wayne) as well as his aunties, Alice Tremblay and Ghislaine Perron.
Ken worked in fleet services with Manitoba Hydro for 23 years and worked with a great group of people.
Ken spent many years with the Transcona Teekay Slopitch League and played many weekend tournaments with Call of the Wild. After baseball, Ken loved to golf with his usual group of friends. He looked forward to spending time with his grandkids and enjoying their various sports endeavors. He also looked forward to his weekly lunches with his best friend Bob.
A special thank you to the wonderful people at the Buhler Cancer Centre. They are very caring and treat their patients with understanding and compassion. Also a special thank you to Dr. Ogaranko and nurse Shawna at Buhler Cancer Centre as well as all staff at Palliative Manitoba, Riverview Palliative Care and Kandis at Riverwood Medical Centre.
In accordance with Ken's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will not be a formal service.
If family and friends would like to donate in Ken’s name, please choose your favorite charity.
