Obituary of ANGELA CHRISTINA CHIPMAN

ANGELA CHRISTINA CHIPMAN

May 22, 1987 – August 27, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Angela Christina Chipman on August 27, 2021.

Angela was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on May 22, 1987, to Melisa and Christopher Chipman.

She grew up in Niakwa Park, where she played community sports and participated in dance classes. She was a lovable, sensitive child with big blue eyes, a brilliant smile, and infectious laugh. People would stop us when we walked with her in her stroller to say, “What a beautiful baby.” She had a special bond with her grandmother, Evelyn Loewen, and frequently visited Grandma’s house to colour or paint, or to watch “Murder She Wrote.”

After graduating from Windsor Park Collegiate, Angela obtained a certificate in Applied Counselling from Red River College. Throughout the years, she held various jobs in retail, childcare, and most recently in building trades.

Angela loved travelling, Hawaii being her favourite destination. She also loved celebrating birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other opportunities to be with family.

She had a special place in her heart for her Pomeranian, Anella (Hawaiian for “angel”). She was a good “big sister” to Andrew and was proud of his accomplishments in life.

Angela had a quick wit and great sense of humour, and was never more pleased than when she made those around her burst out in laughter from one of her stories.

We loved Angela and we will miss her.
