Obituary of BENOIT JEAN REMILLARD

Benoit Jean Joseph Remillard

June 21, 1939- March 3, 2021

          It is with immense sadness we announce the loss of Ben on Wednesday March 3, 2021 at the St. Boniface Hospital. He lived his life with humour and quiet dignity and in his later years with great courage.

          Ben was predeceased by his father Josephat, mother Jeanne D’Arc (Gosselin) and sister Lucie.

          Ben will be remembered by his wife of 56 years Helen, daughter Joelle, son Rene and grandchildren Rowan and Logan. He was third of 12 children. Ben will be missed by Madeleine (Roger), Bernard (Marielle), Celine, Gilberte,Yolande (Ray), Julien (Diana), Maurice (Ursula), Jacques (Claudette), Richard (Val), Alain (Carmelle).

          We extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff on the third floor of the Foyer Valade for their compassionate care of Ben for all these years.

                                      Ben, be in the light of God’s love.

                                                            We will miss you.
