Obituary of KEVIN PATRICK FLESS

KEVIN PATRICK FLESS August 12, 1988 - July 8, 2020 Kevin passed away suddenly in his sleep July 8, 2020, at the age of 31. He is lovingly remembered and will be deeply missed by his parents Michael and Patti, brother Mike (and his cat Loki), Auntie Silke and Uncle John Tropak, Uncle Peter Fless, Auntie Terri Rushworth, cousins Nick and Joe Tropak and their families, extended family in B.C., Chicago, Nevada and numerous lifelong friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Lloyd and Winnifred Rushworth, Richard and Renate Fless. Kevin was a happy go lucky soul all his life. He had a very magnetic, confident personality, people were naturally drawn to him. He was a talented artist and spent many hours drawing and sketching. He was active in soccer, hockey and snowboarding in his early years. He was presently working in the construction field which he really enjoyed, previously he worked detailing semi trucks and continued detailing all his many friend’s vehicles, who say he was the best. Many thanks to all of Kevin's broken hearted lifelong friends (and ours) for surrounding us with their love and memories of him, they are too numerous to mention here, they have truly been a blessing to us at this time. Thank you to Arlene Prystenski and Suzanne Suzio from the Medical Examiners Office for being so compassionate, (absolute angels). Thank you to Pastor Don Engel who miraculously came back into our lives at this time. (Thank you God for sending us this blessing) He was our Pastor when Kevin was confirmed in 2003. Thank you also to Cropo Funeral Chapel for their kindness. Funeral service is still pending. We are lost without you Kevy and will love and miss you forever. May your spirit fly forever my beautiful boy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children Wish Foundation in memory of Kevin. NEVER SAY GOODBYE Though you've passed on before me You're always in my heart And though we're not together We'll never be apart I miss the times that we once had But one day, once again I'll hold you close and laugh with you I just wish I knew when To lose you when you were so young Leaves such an empty space My only consolation — You are in a better place My heart is full of memories Of which I would not trade Memories that fill my thoughts Each and every day Your thought about with love With each mention of your name Death cannot change a single thing The love will still remain I'll look for you among the stars And each dawn's pastel sky And whisper words of love to you But never say good bye Put your arms around him Lord And treasure him with care For you have in your possession A brother/son beyond compare And today Lord Jesus As you are listening up above Would you go and find my Kevy And give him all my love Your wings were ready but my heart was not You will always be MY BEAUTIFUL BOY Love you and miss you beyond belief Mom XOXO
