Obituary of JULIUS GROSS
JULIUS GROSS
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Julius Gross on April 3, 2020. Julius left us peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital on Friday afternoon after a brief illness.
Julius is survived by his wife of 63 years Elizabeth Gross, his children: Elizabeth Kaye (Gerard), Julius Grosz (Eva), Susan Steding (Frank), and Frank Gross,
and grandchildren Lauren and Jeremy. All who brought him great joy.
Julius was born in Sopron, Hungary on February 13, 1930 where he grew up, served as a soldier in the Hungarian Army, worked, and married. Julius immigrated to Canada with his wife in 1957 where he worked as a painter and raised his family.
Julius will truly be missed for his kindness, love, and fun loving sense of humor.
A private family service will be held.
A Memorial Tree was planted for JULIUS
