We are so saddened to hear of our dear friend Herb's passing. Our sincerest sympathies and condolences to his family.
I was privileged to work with Herb at the railway in Winnipeg. He was a great friend and mentor - a proud, caring,smart, and dedicated person who ensured fairness and equality was applied to all.
Thank you Herb for sharing so much of you with all of us, including your music and thoughts on life. You have made an impression on us all.
