Obituary of ISAURA SANTOS NUNES

ISAURA SANTOS NUNES With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Isaura Santos Nunes on March 11, 2020 at the age of 89. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Aldora (Emanuel) and Filomena (Jose), her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Isaura was born in Sao Jorge, Azores. She and her late husband, Antonio Nunes moved to Canada in the 70s where they lived a happy life surrounded by family and friends. Many thanks to the staff at St Joseph’s Residence who cared for her over the last 8 years. Isaura will be sadly missed for her strength, zest for life and great sense of humor. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Winnipeg. Entombment to follow at Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum.
