Obituary of ROSE MANULAK
ROSE MANULAK
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Rose Manulak on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Concordia Hospital at 94 years of age after a lengthy illness.
Rose is survived by her son Larry (Sharon) Manulak, daughter Gail (John) Leitch and her grandchildren Madison, Katlin (Gary) and Brianna.
Although gone from us we take great comfort in knowing Mother will be reunited with her husband Francis Manulak, and her two sons Reggie and Murray Manulak whom predeceased her.
Rose was born in Strathclair, Manitoba, on January 4,1925, where she lived in the area until Rose married Francis Manulak and eventually moved their family to Winnipeg.
Rose worked for various catering company's for over 30 years and enjoyed being at 141 Ukrainian Legion weekly where Rose volunteered her time.
Rose lived a fulfilling life with all her friends and family. Rose loved her children, grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews in Oakburn, MB. We know in our hearts she will continue to live through each of them.
Special thanks to the Doctors and Staff at Concordia Hospital for their kindness and compassion they gave our Mother.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 25 at 11:00 a.m. in Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. A reception will follow in the Rose Room at Cropo Chapel.
