I am sorry to hear of Bill’s passing, shocked and sad. Bill was a friendly curler, who I met over 30 years ago , at the Heather Curling Club. He loved the game and the social part of the curling world. When visiting the Heather and when he curled in the men’s league , he always made time to come and ask how I was doing and discuss the curling world. He wore the West Kildonan Past President Association jacket proudly and attended the annual Past Presidents of Manitoba annual dinner, with his West Kildonan group, at the Heather . As this week has passed, I have told some of the former employees of his passing, and they remember the friendly guy who made time to talk with them when at the club.
So sorry for your loss, he will be missed by many , in the curling world.
