EMANUEL RAPOSO MEDEIROS

After a courageous battle with cancer, Emanuel passed away at the Health Science Centre on July 10, 2019 at the age of 73 years.

He is survived by his beloved wife Maria Gilda; daughter Ruth; son Tony (Susana); grandchildren Steven, Shane, Nicholas and Devon; as well as numerous family members abroad.

The family wishes to thank all the Nurses, Doctors and staff at the Health Science Centre, fourth floor GD wing for the great care of Emanuel during a difficult time.

Prayers will be said on Friday, July 19 at 6:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Parish, 181 Austin Street N. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue W.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba in Emanuel’s memory.
