ADESIA (EDITH) KRAKALOVICH
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Adesia (Edith) Krakalovich on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 with her loving family by her side.
Edith was born on December 15, 1938 in Ethelbert, Manitoba to Michael and Mary Mazur. Edith married John Krakalovich on October 6, 1956 in Ethelbert. Soon after they moved to Aaron, Saskatchewan and had their first daughter Brenda, followed by another daughter Sherry. After moving to Winnipeg in the early 1960's, along came their first son Ted, then Dwayne and lastly Michael.
Edith was a dedicated wife and mother, who raised 5 kids on her own, after her husband John passed away on January 19, 1972. She began her working career working for H.M.S. Foods for over 20 years and concluded her career working at WRHA as a Health Care Aide.
Edith was predeceased by her father Michael, mother Mary, husband John and brother Andy. She leaves to mourn her children; Brenda (John), Sherry (Larry), Ted (Sue), Dwayne (Michelle), Michael (Barb), her grandchildren; Austin (Jordana), Tanya, Linsay, Melissa (RJ), Nicole (Mike), Adam (Anh), Michael, Kelly, Nathan, Mercedes (Josh), Aidan, her great grandchildren; Kaleb, Alexis, Kendley, Macklyn, Riley and Sander, as well as her brother Victor Mazur, sister Nadia Loza and many nieces and nephews.
