LILLIAN RUSSELL

Peacefully on April 18, 2019 at the age of 90 years, Lillian passed away at Holy Family Home.

She is survived by her daughters, Nancy and Jackie, sons John and Bud, grandchildren Melanie, Jayne, Travis, Caleigh, Ryan, Daniel, Curtis, Jesse, Ben, and Lorne, great grandchildren Nevayah and McKinley.

Lillian was predeceased by her husband Raymond.

She was born in Winnipeg and raised on a farm in Kirkness, Manitoba. She was daughter to John and Annie Gowryluk and the youngest of eight children. She participated in the bible student’s studies and scriptures with her brothers and sisters. 

Lillian attended high school at St. John Tech where she met her husband Raymond. She was fond of gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Lillian was an employee at Woolco Department Store in Transcona for almost 20 years. She enjoyed family outings, especially Grand Beach picnics and picking berries and mushrooms.

Mom was always there when you needed her. She will truly be missed and remembered by all who knew her.
