Obituary of ADELE (GLADYS) SZWARC
ADELE (GLADYS) SZWARC
(nee SORKO)
This life for me has truly passed I love you all to the very last. Weep not for me, but courage take and love one another for my sake. It is with deep sorrow that the family of Adele Szwarc announces her passing on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in Winnipeg. She passed away peacefully and gracefully surrounded by family, joining her beloved parents, Frank and Helen Sorko, and brother Edward Sorko.
She will be lovingly remembered by husband Walter, and children, Richard (Tobi), Robert (Kristin), Christopher (Jacqueline), David and Brian (Valerie), and grandchildren, Brendan and Brooklyn.
Family mattered most to Adele and her love for them was passionate and unfailing. She selflessly dedicated herself to making each member feel truly special and equally loved. Our lives have been truly blessed by her ever-loving nature, giving heart, true devotion and generosity. Wife, mother and babcia, memories of your strength of character, your courage, your wisdom, your exceptional kindness and most of all, your deep love for your family will comfort and sustain us. You will forever be in our hearts and memories. Love always, your family.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to all who shared kindness, compassion, prayers and support.
Family and friends are invited to the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
