Obituary of HORACIO SARDINHA
HORACIO SARDINHA
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, father in law and dear friend Horacio Sardinha surrounded by his loving family on September 6, 2018 at the age of 77.
Horacio leaves behind to cherish his loving wife of 52 years, Maria Eduarda Sardinha, his children Antonio (Edwarda), Helen (Pedro), Jamie (Susana); grandchildren Krystle, Nicholas, Michael, Christopher, Dylen, Sabrina, Lilianna, and Selena; his brother Fernando and sister Armanda.
He was predeceased by his parents Gilda and Hermando and his brother Geraldo.
Horacio was born in November 20, 1940 in Sao Miguel and immigrated to Canada in June of 1972 where he started working at Tatra until his retirement. Some of his passions were hunting and spending time with his friends at the Portuguese recreational park.
The family would like to thank the entire staff of Seven Oaks Hospital for the care that was given.
Prayers will be said on Tuesday, September 11 at 7:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 181 Austin St. N. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 12 at 10:00 a.m. also at Immaculate Conception Church. Interment to follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Avenue.
