My condolence to Doreen and Charles family. So sorry for your loss. Every time I went to see Charles he had a big smile on his face. And when I brought my puppies his eyes lite up so big. Rest in peace. You will be missed my friend.

Memories may be beautiful and yet what's too painful to remember we simply choose to forget...it's the laughter we will remember.
Good memories - Park Royale/The Oasis/Dairy Queen/Victoria Day fireworks in the backyard...
Favourite lyrics to hear him sing:
I'd take my old guitar along and we would softly croon, on our journey through the sky and headed for the moon
AND
The silence of a falling star lights up a purple sky, and as I wonder where you are I'm so lonesome I could cry
AND FINALLY
You'll see her up there, up in Heaven so fair, when God comes and gathers his jewels.
(4U2P - dad's humour from "the shop" - posted over the door to the toilet)
Bye dad

Sincere condolences to the family of uncle Charlie. I remember when he had his business on Logan Ave and he was always happy to see family members. My mother,Albertine always spoke highly of her brother Charlie .Although families go their separate ways I will always remember him as a very kind man who was gentle in voice and open with his smiles.
