Christine, Leona and families,
We are deeply sorry to hear about the death of your mother Janina. As you grieve know we are remembering you and honoring her memory.
I recall many nights our mother Anastazja would sit in the kitchen talking on the phone with her dear friend reminiscing of years gone by. And also recall how excited mom & dad were to make the pilgrimage from Windsor to Winnipeg to hunt wild mushrooms and blueberries. A couple weeks ago as we prepared for Anastazja funeral, located a picture of our families together after a big mushroom haul, the families sitting with smiles cleaning, then likely drying the mushrooms so they could be used in dishes months later. Such wonderful memories.
Sadly as they aged and with mom’s declining health their contact concluded far too early. How wonderful they’ll have time to talk to hearts' content once again.

My sympathies to the Wojcik family.
I remember the long summer trips to Winnipeg to visit your parents with my family.
Your mother was selfless and giving and a wonderful cook, I still remember her cooking and the trips to the cottage and her delicious blueberry pancakes.
Having lost our mother Anastazja on April 16, 2018 I am sure that they will also be together again.
