Hi! I only discovered your Father passed yesterday. My husband's mother was an Edie from Dugald. He knew the entire family. He was also principal to my children when they were at Oakbank Elementary School. He was very kind. I use to request the teachers I wanted for my children. He would even tell me I could observe their classroom. He always made sure I was granted my request. He made a point of knowing the kids in the school. I know my kids really liked him. Later on, I met up with him at the Wellness Institute. We use to walk together or play badminton once a while. He always spoke of his daughter, son-in-law and grandson. He was so very proud of all of you. He always looked forward to visiting you. He also was very happy to drive his limousine. He said he met so many great people.
May God grant you comfort as you cope with the loss of your wonderful father.
Sincerely,
Maria Bailey and family
My son, Matthew Bailey, is a professional hockey player in Mora, Sweden. You dad always followed what he was up to.

Lois- Lynn, I want to wish you God’s comfort as you remember your dad. I have great memories of him as he was my mentor as I started my teaching career at Wayoata. Later I met you at MBCI and visited on parents day. He was Tremendous person and I would love to share more with you. Bill Enns

As activities coordinator at Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts, Ted was the board member who came to all the special events for the residents. I can still see him clear as day coming down the hallway in his superman costume for their Halloween party.
Ted was such a great sport, and his presence was so appreciated by the residents, and myself.
Our thoughts are with Teds family during your time of great loss.

My sincere sympathy to Lois and family. I met Ted in 2015 at St Stephens Church and worked with him many times at the Church and in Kiwanis. Ted worked very hard on all projects that he took on and I will miss our coffee times. He was very proud of his family. He will be greatly missed.
