So sad to hear about Doug -- a retirement cut far too short.
In working as a fellow Technical Support Officer at the City of Winnipeg, I've always admired Doug's artistic side. He had a way of making technical documents look amazing. Instead of having lines and lines of text, he would use colour and graphics and almost make them works of art. I've borrowed some of his techniques and still use them today! God bless, Doug.
