DIANE GLORIA KENNEDY

Jan. 13, 1942 - Jan. 16, 2018.

With deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Diane Gloria Kennedy on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.

Diane was born on January 13, 1942 in Winnipeg.  She lived most of her adult life in the North end where she raised her 3 sons. Diane opened up her home to many friends and family throughout the years, always with generosity.

Diane was an extremely hard worker.  She worked within the banking and insurance industries for many years before moving to a position with the Provincial Government Department of Justice until her retirement. 

She faithfully served her God Jehovah for her entire life. She was a very caring individual.

She will be deeply missed by her sons Ted (Lucille) and Allan (Donna), Grand children: Aaron Slobodian, Kandice Kennedy, Chelsey Kennedy, Five great grand children, Brother Brian Turcotte (Tracy), Sister Shirley Zubko (Vern), Sister in law Judy, Niece and nephews: Lisa, Jason, Clint and Edmond.

Diane was predeceased by her parents Katherine and Edmond Turcotte, brother Edmund Turcotte and her son Tom Kennedy. 

Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday the 27th of January, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 937 Gateway Rd Winnipeg.  Private Family internment to be held at a later date.
