Obituary of IRENE SKOTNICKI
Irene Skotnicki (nee Harapa)
With family by her side, we announce the passing of our dear Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother on September 24, 2017 at the Holy Family Home.
Our mother was born July 11, 1921 in Lviv, Ukraine. She was predeceased by her husband John, father John, mother Olga, brother Zenon, step-daughter Odarka and granddaughter Patricia. She is survived by her daughters Zenovia and Christine, grandchildren Natalie, Melanie, Chad, Roger Jr., Sheri and Lisa, as well as ten great grandchildren.
Prayers will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2017. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 2, 2017, at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Cathedral, 115 McGregor Street, with the Rt. Rev. onsignor Mitrat Michael Buyachok officiating. Interment will take place at All Saints Cemetery, 4535 Main Street.
