We were saddened to read about the passing of Milan. We knew him as Mike and lived across the street from him on Pennefather for over 20 years. You could always count on seeing Mike several times a day, sitting in his open garage door in the driveway watching the world go by.. We often went over to chat with him and you could be sure that at Christmas he would watch for us when we came home from work to call us over for a 'little' drink! He and his wife were very hospitable and a great pleasure to be around. After selling his home the neighbourhood never quite felt the same and we moved the following year. We have thought about him often over the past several years and offer our heartfelt condolences to the family.
